If I was able to give this company 0 stars, I would. I was dissapointed all the way around, from the lack of communication I encountered to the poor customer service I experienced. I was especially dissapointed in the home that I rented through this company and the follow-up (or lack of) that occurred when complaints and service requests were made. I will never do business with this company again! I would not recommend Trident to anyone I cared about.
