I called John's Plumbing on Monday, February 11, 2013 for a leaky kitchen faucet and broken faucet shut off valves. I spoke to a very professional and nice lady that told me Bo will be at my home on Thursday, February 14, 2013. On this day, Bo called me to tell me he was on his way to my home to fix my plumbing problem in a half hour. He was prompt, right on time.
