My son and I stopped at Fugaky Lounge, a chinese restaurant in Plymouth NH today at 1:15 pm for the buffet. We were seated and ordered a couple of Cokes. We both proceeded to the buffet that was advertised as Monday thru Friday 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. When approaching the buffet, I noticed the steam table was billowing out an excessive amount of steam. The food was dried out and hard. Food material was crusted on both the bottom of the food tins and the utensils. It was quite evident that this food was placed on the steam table quite a w
