Very disreputable company. They don't seem to have the knowledge to perform the work and certainly don't display the professionalism you expect. Charged us three times the amount for a part and then installed it incorrectly which caused worse problem. They will tell you the $89 charge to come out and diagnose the problem will go against the overall charge but then they refuse to itemize the bill so you can't see where that occurs. We ended up fixing our dw ourselves.
