I do not recommend Empire Roofing & Construction. Steve Schranz is a fast talker that doesn't produce as he says he will. Shoddy workmanship and long, long delays in getting anything done. We signed a contract with him on Jul 12, 2011 for home hail damage repairs, right now, it's the end of Sept and he has not finished or even started some of the jobs in the contract. He makes promises he won't fulfill.
