No only did the appraiser come in far below every realtor estimate I had gotten (4), she incorrectly measured my house and chose comparable sales from an inferior area which brought my value down. I gave one star ONLY because you have to rate them. One of "her" site questions is: "Can a lender cancel a low if an appraisal comes in low?". You better believe they can and did because of her. PLEASE do not use this appraiser!
