My wife and I have been to Gruene Day Spa twice in the last two months. The first experience was with Barbara who is the owner and it went pretty well as my wife got a pedicure. The second was far less pleasing as we arrived early as requested and I was led to a room for my massage. The receptionist left me in the massage room for about 15 minutes before the masseuse arrived and when she arrived she walked in and looked shocked that I was there. She asked if I was someone else as I did not look like the person who was supposed to be in the room. I was unsure what that meant
