Driver was absolutely disrespectful to me. He insisted we have our car (which was totaled) hauled to the storage lot instead of our house. When we would not agree and was questioning the prices (he demanded cash payment on the spot instead of billing the insurance company, as he would have if he took it to storage), he informed me since it was a problem, he would haul it to storage. I asked him to drop the vehicle and he refused. He tried to get in his truck to leave and I have to block him from shutting the door and demand he haul the truck to our house. If
