I'm serious--avoid this place if you value your money and your sanity. I took a nearly new MacBook Pro, still under AppleCare warranty, in here for some legitimate warranty repairs, and they literally went over the computer with a fine-tooth comb, LOOKING for reasons to deny me warranty coverage. When I told them to cancel everything and just give me back my damaged unit, they still ended up charging me $180 for a "cleaning fee," which was neither necessary nor worth that outrageous fee. The staff is snooty and unprofessional, the mentality is complete
