I cannot recommend United Realty in College Station to anyone. It is not really a matter of the quality of the dwellings the lease, but rather the quality of their maintenance department and their overall service. They are unresponsive when a maintenance request is filed. It usually takes a week or more before anyone responds even when you call in an emergency request. We've found that about the only way to get any action from the maintenance department is to get upset with them on the phone and threaten to report them to the state office that regulates realt
