First my appointment was not recorded. I thought even though my appoinrment was not documentrd when I called to see where they were because no one called and no one showed up at the scehduled time,they guaranteed that they would be at my home in 30minutes. The representative did come in the estamated time, he walked through my home and gave me an estamate of 195.00 for all the rooms i requested. My sons room was included in the price. My son has been away at college during and sense said cleaning. I went into my sons room 3wks after and looked at his carpet it didnt loo
