I had a unit put into my home by B*** heat and air and after I had it put in I had nothing but problems. After getting the run around I called Firemans to come out and look at my unit and they found that B*** HVAC had put two mismatching units in my home. The air handler in the home was not compatible to the unit size outside the home which was causing problem after problem, After getting the run around, I called Firemans back and they filed the warranty and performed the work at no additional cost.
