This business does not care at all about customer satisfaction or keeping their word. We bought a car detailing gift certificate($89) only after asking two times if we could get a refund if the receiver did not need detailing. In fact, I said I could not purchase this unless I could be certain a refund was possible. A couple days later we tried to return the certificate with the receipt in hand and the owner refused to give us a refund, even though the manager acknowledged that their employee sold it to us under this understanding.
