The servicemen are very nice but our pool never looks really clean. They don't clean the filter unless you want to pay an extra $120.00. I think this should be included in a pool cleaning service. It's part of keeping the pool clean. Especially when you're paying $90.00 a month. They don't vacuum the pool. We have one of those "sweeps" but it doesn't always reach all the area and yet the guys don't vacuum the pool. Frustrating!
