First of all, Keith Parker, owner is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. He replaced an inner spring on our garage door on 11/9/10. It broke on Christmas Day 12/25/11. When we contacted him for repair, unbeknownst to us that he did the original work, he mocked other companies that they are 'sneaky' on their labor warranty and he only guarantees work and labor for one year. When we discovered That he did the original work and sent him a copy of his work sticker with his initials, he REFUSED to honor his work since it was one month past his guarantee. He even commente
