They were quick and did a great job. The technician was friendly and was dressed professionally too. I talked with him for awhile and he knows what he is doing for sure. He replaced a power pin or at least I think that is what he called it. Anyways, my laptop couldn't get power and he fixed the laptop for half the cost of anyone I called. I will be calling them about my granddaughters computer soon. All I can say is finally an affordable repairman!
