Best auto insurance company I've ever had. GREAT rates, lots of payment options, and friendly customer service. I actually totally spaced and forgot to pay my bill recently, and I called in 2 weeks after they had cancelled my policy for non-payment, and was able to get it reinstated with no penalties. I've never had to make a claim through them, but a friend of mine got in a big accident and had nothing but good things to say about the claim process.
