I had a bad experience with another trailer dealer, I stopped in at Factory Outlet Trailers and they were awesome. They didn't have the trailer that I needed in stock, but they called several of their competitors trying to find a trailer for me since I was in a bind. They even appologized for their competitors being so awful. The salesman was great. He spent an hour helping us and new that he wasn't going to get any money out of it.
