The worst haircut of my life.She cut an inch shelf into my hair that i now have pinned back to hide the bizarre silhouette. Unless I can find someone to fix it. The subtleties of graduated layers are beyond their comprehension.They try to intimidate you out of using coupons that they issue from their own website. They quote incorrect haircut prices and dont honor their quotes. The front desk staff is rude and hateful. I am so horrified that I was treated so badly.My hair is in bobby pins till at least the end of January. So BAD HAIRCUT Pricing FRAUD.
