Contracted with GEMSYS LLC "doing business as CleanBright Surface Restoration" to restore deck. Was explained to me that in order to do the job correct, would require treating deck with Cal-Brite solution, scrub deck, pressure wash, sand surface and staining with Cabot's stain. In less than a year, the deck is cracking/chipping. Had CleanBright come back out and he said there is nothing he can do, and that the wood was in bad shape when he started.....if that was the case, should have told me that before doing the job (and cashing my ~$600 payment%
