I paid four hundred dollars to have an access door and a small access port installed in a cinder-block skirting under a mobile home. Of the many attempts to get the work done, Mat of Biggins Home Improvement was the only one that actually showed up. Complaints about my nickle and dime-ing him occurred when I insisted upon a minimum of two hand grips for the small access port. They completed the job and they were paid in full, but a couple of weeks later I tried to open the small access port and it was jammed tight and would not budge. The promise of repair never was ful
