I signed a 10 month lease without looking at the unit I would be living in. Instead I was shown a unit that was in 2xs better condition than mine. I brought all the issues to Thomas, the property manager, and he still to this day has fixed nothing even with my proactive attempts. More recently we discovered black mold growing in the master bed room. I have contacted him once a week for three weeks to no avail. I went into the office to try and get out of my lease due to the unsatisfactory management of his property and i was informed I could give my one months notice
