NEGLIGENCE! Al & Ed's on Walnut in Pasadena installed an Escort radar detector in my Carrera. It was a $2,000 job. You'd think for that money I'd get great service & good work done? NO! First the installer put a big deep scratch in my bumper. Then the install was so poor that a cable dangled loose from the undercarrage & broke (they said I "hit a bump"--pleeease). It took almost a month to get the part replaced. According to Joe the owner/operator the part he "described" to the distributor was incorrectly replaced. Then with NO responses I waited another 2 weeks. And nothin
