I had 3 men's slacks hemmed and when I got them they looked awful... the hem was not sewed by a machine, it was sewed by hand with big gaps between the stitches. They seemed to be like a temporary solution or a quick fix. Something I could have done myself. When I brought them back, I was told that it couldn't have possibly have been done there and I was mistaken. I told him this is exactly where I brought them b/c I have been a loyal patron since the grand opening.
