Review

This was an awful experience, the worst massage experience I've ever had. The massage itself was mediocre at best, the therapist was totally disengaged and acted like she didn't want to be there and like I was a bother to her. There was no attentiveness on her part. I usually look forward to massages for the pleasure and relaxation they give, but this massage was dreary, lackluster, and skimpy. Couldn't wait to get out of there. The total lack of a customer service ethic was very disappointing.
