Apparently Kanine Dezines does not "have the time" for new customers. I called and asked the lady who answered "Do you have any open appts today?". She said "Yes, what breed?". I told her. She said " What would you like done?" I started to explain that it was our first time grooming, and that I got a recomendation to call her because she would let the owner accompany the dog...and before I could get my sentence out she cut me off and said "oh honey, we don't have time for all that honey!"....and hung up.
