Do not buy any products such as cigarette making machine's from this store. I purchased a defective one and tried to exchange it for the same machine in less than 3 weeks. They not only refused to exchange the product but were also very rude & nasty (to be polite) about it. Prior to this we had told people about the great prices at this store. I didn't ask for the $ back only an exchange, so before you think about shopping here look around. Your better off spending a few extra dollars to go to a store that will be willing to give customers decent service. S
