Turns out I have an errand to run near this salon so i try for the 3rd time and it's open! I go in and theres 3 piscas inside. One getting his pisca haircut and 2 others. The inside is actually very nice and roomie but only one lady is "working". Half the time i was there shes was texting. The 2nd time i went there, and left, there was also a pisca outside waiting. She also had her young son playing in the salon spinning around in circles screaming with a bucket in his hand. I left. Its $10 for a mens cut and i now see why.
