"Customer satisfaction is our number one priority" - Not true. I brought in a pair of dress trousers to have the waist taken in. The woman who owns the business measured them, but didn't mark the seat of the pants to be taken in as well. I worked in a suit store for years and am well versed in marking tailored menswear for alterations. When I picked them up, I discovered that although the waist fit, the seat was very baggy and looked terrible. I politely attempted to have the problem remedied, and the woman was very rude and impatient, who told me in br
