My opinion is these people will charge you for work you never requested and never approved... Will not call you or give you information, until at some point they give you some ridiculous amount you will decline.... The sstimate is inflated so as to have you decline the work, then charge you huge "diagnosis" for work that was obvious and you had already explained to them... but will not get your equipment until you pay the "diagnosis"... Check out the Better Business Bureau... They never answer the complaints against them... Do yourself a favor and
