The person that helped me was not concerned at all that the product was spoiled and still served it! She seemed to think this was ok, even though it was spoiled and told me they get them daily like this. So that makes me feel the manager is aware of the process and does not serve the best of quality nor upholding Baskin Robbins reputation for great service and products! I requested the manager call me. The clerk took my name and number and I haven't received a call as of 10/9/12 10:20 AM! I was told I could call as well and ask for Amy. I have called and got not
