First off, the lady I made the appointment with was very nice and "acted" like she knew exactly what was going on. I explained that my 3 year old had her teeth cleaned and needed to have a few filling and a cap put on because the tooth had chipped where the cavity was and was wondering if they could work on her being so young. The receptionist said "sure, we would be happy too."
