New vet has taken over this office as of May 2013. This location has been our preferred location to take our pet for several years. I have visited the facility 2 or 3 times in the last 5 months. However, I called today to schedule an appointment with the groomer and was advised that shots for my pet have been overdue since April 2013. New receptionist as of today, so she couldn t answer many questions....the main one being why is this the first time I am hearing this? She transfers me, unannounced to the vet.
