I live nearby this Shell station and have been a loyal customer for 20 or more years. Yesterday, this knucklehead driver of a Lakeside towing flatbed decides to unload a car and nearly hits my wife without even looking. He was clearly at fault. The A-hole then starts to yell profanities at her when he was clearly wrong. The entire incident would have been over if he would have said he was sorry....Who drops a car in the middle of an entrance to their business? All she wanted to do was drive up to the pump.
