This towing company is TERRIBLE. Horrible customer service and employees working here. I realized my car had been towed at about 9:30pm pacific standard time. I immediately called the number on the sign I found (miles away from the parking spots.) I spoke with a Mike who informed me the car had already been taken in for no showing parking permit. He informed me they charge $350 for the first 24 hours and then they charge an additional $47/day after the 24 hours. You also have to call an make an appointment to pick up the car. I immediately asked if they were open
