I recently visited the Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC, and had the most unpleasant experience at the Loft Outlet. I entered a dressing room to try on an item, but I didn't notice that there were clothes awaiting another customer in the store. The salesperson comes to the dressing room, opens the curtain without asking if it's okay, I'm half dressed, she offers no apology and asks me to go to another fitting room because this room was reserved for another customer. I refused to do so in an undressed state. She left, did not apologize for
