At Power Wash Services, we bring the power and the water to you!  Our trucks are equipped with mobile water supply with variable pressures from 30 psi to 5,000 psi and temperature controlled up to 220 degrees. Commercial and Residential Exterior Cleaning Power washing is very important to keep your home or office looking its best. The exterior sets the first impression for your clients, friends or family. Power Wash Services cleans all types of exterior surfaces, including aluminum, vinyl, wood and steel siding, brick or stone, garages, awnings and windows.   The exterior is cleaned with a biodegradable detergent presoak to protect plants and the environment. The surface is hand brushed with extension poles reaching two stories and also brushing windows clean. The exterior is rinsed with hot water (180 degrees F) at 100-2300 psi. Power Wash Services takes care not to wash water behind siding or windows and leaves no residue or streaking. A spot free rinse is also available. Wood Deck and Fence Restoration Our certified specialists make any deck or fence look and fee like new with our Restoration Service. Wood decks are cleaned with low pressure and a biodegradable deck cleaner rinsing dirt, mold and mildew away. Gray just disappears!  We also do minor repairs from replacing broken and rotten boards to sanding hand rails, making wood smooth again.  We then seal and refinish the wood, ensuring the life and beauty of the wood. Pressure-treated DOES NOT mean “weatherproofed.”  In most areas, over 80% of decks are built using pressure treated lumber. The treatment protects the wood only from rot and termites. The treatment does not protect the wood from weather.  We use a special cedar finish for your deck or wood siding that repels water, stops UV damage and inhibits mildew growth.
