We are living in an RV in San Patricio. We called Cortez mid Oct. about getting a tank attached so we don't have to un-pulg & drive to town every month for refills. We called them again early Nov. Both times the phone call was curious and we were told someone would call us. It''s after Thanksgiving now & no one ever has called back. I have no idea why these people are in business but it has NOTHING to do with the customer. Just don't waste your time on them because they are happy to waste it!
