As a new potential client I called the office to request an apptmt. I was given a lecture about payment and I inquired about Medicare. The practice does not accept Medicare but they do accept credit cards. I said I have an HSA card and that should cover it, if not I have other credit cards. I was then given 2 aptmts 7-8 weeks out. At the apptd date and time I arrived to be greeted by a receptionist who could not wait to tell me my apptmts were cancelled bc I am a RISK FOR NONPAYMENT as I have no active credit cards. She said she was under no obligation to advise me
