Kurt of priority landscape ripped me off. He came to cut trees in my backyard and quoted me $1500. When he showed up on Wed 4/20 he asked for $500 before he started, $500 more at the end of Wed and The final $500 the very next day when he finished the job. I was apprehensive pay more in advance than work he did. He said he would leave his chipper on the premises to assure he would really come back the next day. At the end of the first day I saw he was loading his chipper, he said " I need to sharpen the blades" I felt uncomfortable giving him the second $5
