This isn't actually an review as such, more of a complaint. Earlier today,(Jan 13) I had called to request a cab for my daughter to be picked up at her place of work. I called at 8:23 this morning and after a couple calls back and forth, finally made arrangements for my daughter to be picked up at 12:00 . But after the arrangements were made, and I had hung up thinking things were all set....my daughter called them back from her work at 11:40 and told them the cab was no longer needed, as she had other transportation. She spoke with a male employee.
