Jorge Clemente is extremely unprofessional in how he handles his clients. He refused to explain the terms of an $800 loan he provided to a non english speaking client that brought a third party advocate with him to the ARI Investment offices. This outfit provides loans to people that do not understand lending and charges obscene rates of 50 - 100% annual interest. Jorge refuses to speak with anyone that has any understanding of the business. His practices certainly border predatory lending and definitely abuses the community he serves.
