My 90-year-old mother is a resident of The Seasons in Montgomery, Ohio. My brother, Denny Smith, arranged for round-the-clock care at The Seasons. One of the nurse's aides, Terri, has grossly surpassed the scope of her duties. Initially, my mother was getting her hair shampooed and styled at The Seasons salon on the lower level.
