I have had a very bad experience on my 1st anniversary at Westbury store. We purchased a ring here and when we asked the salesman said it is refundable. But after purchase he simply printed on receipt that it is a final sale. When we returned to store for refund he pointed out to receipt saying it%u2019s not refundable. Moreover he rudely said I never said it is refundable and asked me to leave the store. My wife was so shocked by looking at the way he changed his colors and started crying outside the store.
