I have had a very bad experience on my 1st anniversary at Westbury store. We purchased a ring here and when we asked the salesman said it is refundable. But after purchase he simply printed on receipt that it is a final sale. When we returned to store for refund he pointed out to receipt saying it%u2019s not refundable.
