I have just finished a 45 minute phone call with the owner of Four Paws, JD. I told him up front that I had written a scathing review of my experience at his Crestview location (he has one in Valparaiso and in Destin as well). I explained that I was willing to listen and to give him a chance, despite the fact that there were negative reviews about his customer service.
