SCAM!! ALERT!! These guys are scammers. They list a house for a low price saying they will be taking offers on the spot that day only, and that they will give it to the best offer on that day. They attract many people and take offers. The next day they list the house for a very, very high price and don't give it to anyone who put offers that day! They've done it to me twice, once in Downey, CA and again on Cerritos.
