This company does not exist at the address advertised (call the leasing office in the shopping center to confirm - or just drive by, you will see there is no locksmith at that address), they are not licensed, and it seems they "feel out" what they can charge based on the area you live. Do your homework before you hire a random locksmith you found on the internet - check for licensing at www.dca.ca.gov.
