Very disappointed with the installation of my hardwood floors. Floor was extremely dirty when the installer left. Crew swept the floor a couple of times but did not clean up the residue left by the wood adhesive cleaner. Boot prints were everywhere, and the floor was filthy. Called the project manager to express my discontent. Tried to escalate to owners but calls were left unreturned. Took 5 extra days for the installation team to come back to clean properly, without being able to move furnitre back. All the installation team did was clean the entire floor with the a
