George's Cleaners ruined 7 pairs of Lucky Brand Jeans worth $99 each. They totally disregarded the care label inside the jeans and used improper cleaning methods and/or chemicals. I've been washing these jeans myself for months with no issue but when I pay an expert to clean them...they get ruined! Whatever they did caused the leather waistband tags to shrivel and harden to the point of being brittle.
