Horrible, Horrible store! When they say all sales final they really mean it. My daughter's prom dress was ordered from Total Wedding Spring Hill. When it came in I informed them that the zipper didn't work properly. They put wax on it and said all is good. Every time we were there for fittings I had them work the zipper. Well guess what? The zipper split right down the middle before she even got on the bus for prom. Total Weddings response was it happens but your problem as all sales final!
